1. Service description

Waggle Watch is a pet health tracking tool designed to help owners of pets with epilepsy or chronic conditions log seizures, track medications, and communicate with veterinary professionals.

Waggle Watch is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified vet regarding your pet’s health.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscription & billing

• Free trial — new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start.
• Subscription — after the trial, continued access is available on a monthly plan (£4 per month) or an annual plan (£40 per year). Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• Promotional codes — discount codes may be available from time to time and can be entered at the checkout stage.
• Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds — we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days at [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account with others outside your household.
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the service.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying source code or data.
• Upload content that is harmful, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Your data

All pet health records you enter belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your data and we do not sell it. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Our full data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Waggle Watch name, logo, software, and design are the intellectual property of DWJH Limited. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use our branding.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide Waggle Watch “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any veterinary or medical decisions made on the basis of data recorded in the app.
• Loss of data due to technical failure (though we take reasonable steps to prevent this).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
